Our Million Dollar Guarantee

This RoofQuotes.com $1 Million Workmanship Guarantee Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between RoofQuotes.com, LLC ("RoofQuotes.com," "we," "our"), and the customer identified below ("Customer," "you"), collectively referred to as the "Parties." This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of RoofQuotes.com’s limited workmanship guarantee on Qualifying Services, as defined herein.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Platform" means the digital services operated by RoofQuotes.com, including its website, mobile applications, and any related online tools through which roofing services are marketed, matched, scheduled, or paid.

1.2 "Elite Service Provider" means a roofing Service Professional who (i) has achieved and maintains an "Elite" designation on the Platform in accordance with RoofQuotes.com’s performance standards and insurance requirements and (ii) is publicly identified on the Platform as "Elite" at the time of booking and contract execution.

1.3 "Qualifying Service" means a roofing service that (i) was performed by an Elite Service Provider, (ii) was matched with the Customer through the Platform, and (iii) was paid for in full through the Platform.

1.4 "Deficiency" means a verifiable failure of workmanship in the performance of a Qualifying Service that materially impairs the function or integrity of the roof installed or repaired.

2. SCOPE OF GUARANTEE

2.1 Limited Protection. Subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions set forth herein, RoofQuotes.com provides secondary, limited financial protection for Deficiencies arising from Qualifying Services.

2.2 Exclusive Remedies. Upon substantiation of a Deficiency and compliance with all requirements of this Agreement, RoofQuotes.com may, in its sole discretion and as the Customer’s exclusive remedies:

• (a) arrange for the Deficiency to be corrected by the original or another Service Professional selected by RoofQuotes.com; or

• (b) refund to Customer the lesser of (i) the amount actually paid by Customer for the Qualifying Service through the Platform or (ii) One Million Dollars (USD $1,000,000.00).

2.3 Maximum Liability. RoofQuotes.com’s aggregate liability under this Agreement shall in no event exceed USD $1,000,000.00 per incident.

2.4 No Property‑Damage Coverage. This Guarantee covers workmanship on the Qualifying Service only. It expressly excludes any damage to real or personal property, whether or not caused by the Service Provider.

3. SERVICE PROVIDER STATUS REQUIREMENT

This Guarantee applies only to Qualifying Services performed by an Elite Service Provider. Services rendered by a non‑Elite provider are not eligible for coverage, even if the job was arranged or paid through the Platform. Customer bears responsibility for confirming Elite status, which is displayed at booking.

4. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Coverage is conditioned on all of the following:

4.1 The service meets the definition of a Qualifying Service (Section 1.3).

4.2 Customer reports the Deficiency to RoofQuotes.com within ninety (90) days after payment is made in full through the Platform.

4.3 Customer has first exhausted all primary remedies, including (a) Customer’s own insurance, (b) the Service Provider’s insurance, and (c) the Service Provider’s workmanship warranty.

4.4 A one‑hundred‑eighty‑day (180‑day) cure period has elapsed after written denial, non‑response, or failed remediation under the primary coverage sources described in Section 4.3.

5. SECONDARY COVERAGE; CURE PERIOD

5.1 Secondary Nature. This Guarantee is strictly secondary. It applies only after the primary coverage sources referenced in Section 4.3 are exhausted.

5.2 Concurrent Expiration. This Guarantee expires concurrently with the Service Provider’s workmanship warranty. It does not extend, renew, or replace that warranty.

5.3 Cure Period. RoofQuotes.com will evaluate a claim only after (a) receipt of documentation evidencing failure of primary remedies, (b) passage of the 180‑day cure period, and (c) satisfaction of all other conditions herein.

6. EXCLUSIONS

This Guarantee does not cover, and RoofQuotes.com shall have no liability for, any of the following:

• Services performed by non‑Elite providers.

• Services not both booked and paid through the Platform.

• Informal referrals or off‑platform engagements.

• Merchandise‑only purchases with no service component.

• Acts of nature (wind, rain, hurricanes, mold, earthquakes, pollution, etc.).

• Economic losses (lost income, business interruption, loss of use).

• Cosmetic or minor imperfections not impairing roof performance.

• Pre‑existing defects or damage unrelated to the Qualifying Service.

• Losses caused by third parties.

• Damage to personal property or interior/exterior structures (HVAC, drywall, etc.).

• Damage to fine art, collectibles, antiques, or sentimental items.

• Loss or corruption of electronic data or system controls.

• Shared or common property, pets, or personal liability claims.

• Manufacturer defects or product‑specific failures.

• Storage, shipping, or tax costs related to remediation.

• Theft lacking a police report, if requested.

• Claims with insufficient documentation or made by unauthorized third parties.

• Services performed in violation of law or building codes.

• Issues first reported after expiration of the Service Provider’s warranty.

7. CLAIM PROCEDURE

7.1 Notice of Claim. To initiate a claim, Customer must email legal@roofquotes.com and include:

• (a) RoofQuotes.com Project Number;

• (b) detailed description of the alleged Deficiency;

• (c) scope of work, photographs, contracts, and other supporting documentation;

• (d) evidence of exhausted primary remedies (insurance correspondence, warranty denials, etc.);

• (e) proof of Elite status at the time of booking;

• (f) Customer’s preferred resolution; and

• (g) any additional information reasonably requested by RoofQuotes.com.

7.2 Evaluation. RoofQuotes.com will review the claim only if all Eligibility Requirements (Section 4) are met, the 180‑day cure period has concluded, and adequate documentation is provided.

7.3 Final Determination. All determinations regarding eligibility, remedy, and payment are made solely at RoofQuotes.com’s discretion and are final.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

8.1 Consequential Damages Waiver. In no event shall RoofQuotes.com be liable for incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits or diminution in property value, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.2 Limitation Period. No action arising under this Guarantee may be brought more than one (1) year after RoofQuotes.com’s final written decision on a claim.
